Established in 1995, Charlie’s has grown from a much-loved local shop selling home-baked cookies to an innovative producer of seriously delicious gourmet treats – both for the food service industry and for consumers to take home and enjoy.
In 2004 husband-and-wife team Ken Mahlab and Jacky Magid left behind the corporate rat race to concentrate on their new-found love, Charlie’s Cookies. With the best bite chocolate chip cookies (as voted by Tattler Magazine) on their side, they set about rebuilding the company into one of Australia’s finest cookie companies.
